1 - This is a legally binding agreement between you and VIP Vapers Uk. Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Any time you make an order, purchase, browse through the website, or sign up for an account you fully agree to these full terms & conditions and agree with the statements herein. You also agree to be bound by our Terms of Service, Returns Policy & Privacy Policy.

2.1 - You understand that you must be 18 years or older to purchase any products on this site. You also understand that if we believe a customer to be under 18 years old, or if we believe a customer is purchasing on behalf of a minor that we can cancel and refund an order at any time.

2.2 - With our "just vape" same day delivery service we may ask a customer for ID for purposes of age verification if the customer appears to be under 21 years of age. Acceptable forms of ID are either a Provisional or Full British Driving License, or a British Passport. We have the right to refuse any form of Identification at our own discretion.

3 - With our "just vape" service we may cancel the order in certain circumstances where we believe someone is trying to purposely avoid paying the correct delivery fee. We still reserve the right to cancel the order for reasons outlined in section 2.

4 - We will accept cash on delivery at our own discretion and hold the right to refuse any cash on delivery order.

5 - VIP Reward Points hold no real cash value and can only be used to purchase coupons. We have the right to get rid of our VIP Reward Points system at any time.

6 - VIP Vapers Uk cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or injury, financially or otherwise, caused to yourself or another person due to misuse of our products. You agree that eLiquids, eCigarettes and vapourisers must be kept out of reach of children and minors at all times and that you must take every precaution necessary to prevent accident or injury to yourself or another person.

7.1 - Delivery Fees may change at any time. We are new to the business and are still working on our pricing structure for delivery fees to ensure that we can offer a fair rate whilst still covering our fuel costs, drivers' wages and other expenses.

7.2 - Postage Fees & Product Prices are subject to change at any time.

8 - Discount codes may not be used in conjunction with other offers.
