The Wismec Preva DNA Kit features beautiful carbon fibre panels, embossed logo and a built-in Evolv DNA GO chip. The Preva DNA offers unrivalled performance in a totally compact package.
The integrated 1050mAh battery can keep you vaping all day, with a handy LED indicator light to display the remaining battery life that's activated with a simple double press of the firing button.
The Preva DNA comes with a choice of two replacement pods, a 0.25ohm SS136 Dual pod and a 0.5ohm KTR pod, which can fire up to 20W or 14W. Each pod comes with a sliding top-fill system to make refilling super quick and easy, and adjustable airflow so you have complete customisation to suit your vaping preferences. With a magnetic connection, changing over your pods is extremely easy - simple pull out the expired pod and replace with a new one.
Thanks to the Evolv DNA Go chip, the Preva DNA can be used with Evolv's EScribe software, that allows you to tweak features such as the LED light colour, wattage output and live voltage output charts. As with all Wismec products, you can rest assured that the Preva DNA comes with built-in safety features such as 7 seconds cut off, over-charge, short-circuit, low voltage and dry burn protection.

Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, all items including (but not limited to) e-liquid, mods/vaporisers, kits, tanks and accessories must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging including manufacturers cellophane wrapping if applicable unless otherwise stated below.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. After your eligibility for a refund has been confirmed by us (VIP Vapers UK), we aim to initialise your refund within 1 working day of receiving the item.
E-liquids are exempt from being returned where the bottle has been opened.
Mods/Vaporisers that are not in the original packaging and/or have been used are eligible for return only if there is a manufacturer's fault with the item. Items damaged by misuse or improper care from users are not covered by our policy, If you require any help or advice about an item you have received from us such as proper care instructions or more in depth information we are happy to assist you.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item (or confirm with you verbally). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, either by email or verbally.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, unless there is a manufacturers fault with the item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to dave@vipvapers.com and we will give you a return address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should send an email to dave@vipvapers.com and we will send a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £70, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
